At Dobermanor Farms, we proudly partner with a specialty roaster that shares our commitment to quality, freshness, and craftsmanship.
They use only the highest-grade Arabica beans, carefully cupped and selected to ensure every batch is free from defects and full of rich, distinctive flavor.
Our roasting partner prepares each order in small daily batches, roasting, packaging, and dispatching the coffee within 24 hours to guarantee peak freshness upon arrival at Dobermanor Farms.
Every coffee origin and blend is roasted to highlight its natural characteristics — much like fine wines, each bean tells a story of its soil, climate, and region. Our flavored coffees are crafted using premium oil-based extracts, chosen from among the finest available for a true, lasting flavor without added sugars, sweeteners, or gluten.
Our roaster’s eco-conscious system uses 80% less energy than traditional machines, repurposing heat to eliminate smoke and pollutants — a difference you can taste and feel good about.
Roast & Flavor Notes:
Vienna Roast — Smooth and medium-bodied with creamy milk chocolate richness and warm, toasted pistachio sweetness.
Brewing Recommendations:
For the best flavor, use 1 tablespoon of ground coffee per 6 ounces of water.
Adjust to taste for a bolder or lighter cup.
Ideal for drip, pour-over, or French press brewing.
Storage:
