Shipment & Fulfillment

Shipping charges and delivery estimates are provided at checkout.  Shipping timelines are estimates only. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside our control.

Risk of Loss: Title to and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Because many of our products are consumable, perishable, or handcrafted, all sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Issues are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Purchases made at markets, events, or farm stands are final.

Subscriptions

If subscription products are offered, they renew automatically according to the schedule selected at checkout unless canceled prior to renewal.
