All sales are processed directly through the Dobermanor Farms online store or at approved local events and markets.
Product availability may vary, as many of our items are handcrafted in small batches. We reserve the right to limit quantities or adjust availability based on seasonality, ingredients, or production schedules.Shipping Policy
At checkout, customers select their preferred shipping method from the available options.
Dobermanor Farms makes every effort to honor that selection; however, we reserve the right to adjust the chosen carrier or service if necessary to ensure the safest and fastest possible delivery.Occasionally, shipping networks experience delays or regional service disruptions. In these cases, we may upgrade or modify your shipping method at no additional charge to you — and when needed, we may even cover the difference in cost to ensure timely arrival.
You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.
Farm Pickup Policy
Local customers are welcome to pick up orders directly from the farm at no additional charge.
Because Dobermanor Farms is a working homestead, pickup requires prior arrangement — please do not arrive unannounced or solely with an order confirmation. Once your order is ready, we will reach out via email or text to coordinate a pickup date and time that works for both parties.Pickup hours and availability vary by season and event schedule.
Local Delivery Policy
Dobermanor Farms offers local delivery within designated areas for select orders.
Delivery may be available for an additional fee depending on distance, order size, and schedule.
Delivery requests must be arranged prior to checkout or confirmed through email communication. We’ll always strive to find the most convenient and affordable option for our customers.Return & Refund Policy
We want every Dobermanor Farms experience to be a positive one. Due to the handcrafted and perishable nature of many of our products (such as food items, apothecary blends, and pet treats), returns are generally not accepted once products have been opened or used.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory in any way, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at Diane@DobermanorFarms.com.
We may request photos of the product or packaging for quality assurance purposes.When appropriate, we’ll offer:
A replacement item (if available),
A store credit, or
A refund to your original payment method.
