Hearth & Harvest Vinaigrette Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
3 Tbsp Hearth & Harvest Fire Cider (Recipe HERE)
¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
1–2 tsp honey (or to taste)
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Pinch of sea salt
Pinch of black pepper
Optional: 1–2 tsp fresh orange juice for extra brightness
Optional: 1 Tbsp finely minced rosemary or thyme
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a mason jar or bowl.
Shake or whisk until smooth and emulsified.
Taste and adjust sweetness, acidity, or salt.
Serve over:
