Hearth & Harvest Vinaigrette Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp Hearth & Harvest Fire Cider (Recipe HERE)

  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1–2 tsp honey (or to taste)

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Pinch of black pepper

  • Optional: 1–2 tsp fresh orange juice for extra brightness

  • Optional: 1 Tbsp finely minced rosemary or thyme

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a mason jar or bowl.

  2. Shake or whisk until smooth and emulsified.

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness, acidity, or salt.

  4. Serve over:

    • Christmas salad (spinach, pecans, feta, pomegranate seeds)

    • Roasted root vegetables

    • Green beans

    • Chicken or turkey

    • Grain bowls
