🍷Dobermanor Farms Mulled Cider Wine

Slow Cook: 3 hours (low)
Makes: 10 servings (6 oz. each)

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine

  • 3 cups apple cider (fresh pressed if available)

  • ½ cup raw honey (or maple syrup for depth)

  • 1 orange, halved and sliced

  • 1 Granny Smith apple, halved and sliced or cut into wedges

  • 4–5 Tbsp Dobermanor Farms Harvest Grog Spices

  • ÂĽ to ½ cup spiced rum, brandy, or bourbon (optional, added at end)

Instructions

  1. In a 3½– to 4-qt. slow cooker, combine wine, cider, honey, and Harvest Grog Spices. Stir gently.

  2. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours, stirring occasionally to ensure even infusion.

  3. Add orange and apple slices just before serving. If desired, stir in rum/brandy for a bolder finish.

  4. Ladle into mugs, garnish with a cinnamon stick or star anise, and serve warm.

Dobermanor Tip

For a spicier version, simmer up to 6 Tbsp Harvest Grog Spices if you want that stronger holiday “punch” aroma to carry in the air.
