Who Should Avoid This Tincture
This formula contains immune-stimulating and warming herbs. It may not be suitable for everyone.

Have autoimmune conditions (such as lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, or multiple sclerosis)
Are taking immunosuppressant medications (e.g., corticosteroids, cyclosporine, methotrexate, etc.)
Have gastritis, acid reflux, or stomach ulcers (ginger and cinnamon may aggravate symptoms in high doses)
Have a bleeding disorder or are taking blood-thinning medications (ginger may increase bleeding risk)
Have known allergies to plants in the Asteraceae family (echinacea may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals)
Potential Drug Interactions
Echinacea
May alter how certain medications are metabolized in the liver (CYP450 enzymes).
May interfere with immunosuppressant drugs or chemotherapy that rely on immune modulation.
Ginger
May increase the effects of anticoagulants (Warfarin, Plavix) and antiplatelet drugs (Aspirin).
